    Prime Minister Narendra Modi transforming 'Vibrant Gujarat' to 'Vibrant India', and hard selling Brand India at the global investor’s summit in Gandhinagar, is a major story on most front pages. The Asian Age writes, "Will make India easiest place for Business", quoting the Prime Minister. Business Standard reports that global and Indian Business Companies have committed themselves to invest a total of about 2 lakh crore rupees and creating more than 50,000 jobs.
    Papers carry pictures of unity march in Paris.  Hindustan Times writes, a dozen world leaders joined French President Francois Hollande and 1.5 million people - in a unity march in Paris on Sunday.
    "Government to restructure the University Grants Commission soon, to give it more teeth", reports Hindustan Times, adding that a 3 member committee has been set up to recommend its restructuring. This will be the 2nd Nehru Era institution to be 'modified' by the NDA govt.
    The Pioneer writes that after being bombarded with ideas from the public, on the government's popular portal www.mygov.in - which engages citizens by seeking ideas and suggestions, the govt. now plans to streamline and analyse these in detail - to provide 'cumulative intelligence' to the top leadership.
