    PDP president, Mehbooba Mufti meeting J & K governor  N N Vohra - on government formation in J&K,  hinting at a tie up with the BJP, is highlighted in this morning's Press. The Asian Age writes, "PDP hints- it is ready for BJP alliance", though the saffron party still awaits a formal offer of dialogue.

    In its top headline The Hindu writes- "Centre moots health as a fundamental right"- The Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare -  in its draft 'National Health Policy 2015' - has suggested making health a fundamental right, similar to education, and also makes denial of health care an offence.

    Live covrage of anti-terror operations by television channels are under the scanner, with the Home Ministry seeking a ban on such telecasts, reports The Times of India.
