Battle Of Wits In Karnataka As Congress Backs JD(S) To Keep BJP Out

The political mayhem in the rural elections in West Bengal has been widely covered. The Hindustan Times reports "15 die in clashes during Bengal panchayat polls". The Karnataka Assembly Election Results expected today also get front page attention. Congress MP Shashi Tharoor chargesheeted by the Delhi Police for abetting the suicide of his wife Sunanda Pushkar is also keenly tracked by the papers. "Tharoor tortured Sunanda, says chargesheet; 'epicaricacy' retorts Shashi" writes the Pioneer.
