Finance Minister Arun Jaitely and the entire top brass of his Ministry projecting the government's road map to fire up the economy at a press conference makes for front page news in most of the dailies this morning. "India to step up aid for Afghan-owned growth" informs Hindustan Times. "Modi, Ghani hold detailed terror; security, aid review" says The Asian Age. The paper also quotes Afghan President slamming Pakistan as saying  "Time to make a clear choice".
Referring to the Rajashtan government's controversial bill aimed at protecting public servants and Judges from prosecution without its prior sanction as well as disallowing any media coverage into allegations against them to a select committee of the Assembly, DNA writes "Raje sends 'gag' Bill to Assembly panel".
