Facebook nude pic scandal to court | The Australian: "LAWYERS for St Kilda footballer Sam Gilbert, the teammate who took the nude photo of Nick Riewoldt now circulating in cyberspace, will tell the Federal Court today that the 17-year-old girl who posted the images had broken an injunction issued by the court earlier this week.
Gilbert's lawyers took the unusual step yesterday of serving the girl notice of the court hearing and urging her to seek legal representation via USTREAM, a live video-streaming site the girl had used the previous night to post a series of rambling monologues."
