Cabinet okays NPR, Opposition calls it NRC via backdoor

"Some green shoots are sprouting in the economy, says RBI chief" is the lead in The Hindu Business Line.

With the caption, "Relief on Cards", The Economic Times writes, " Telcos may see Licence Fee Cut".
