Scorpene document leak could be the worst news for the Indian Navy in 2016

The leak of classified information on the combat capabilities of Indian Navy's on order Scorpene submarines makes for front page news in most of the dailies this morning. "Navy to probe data leak in Scorpene submarine project", writes The Business Line. "Scorpene stings, India anguished", leads The Pioneer. "Data leak is latest sting in Scorpene tale", says The Financial Express.
India unveiling a draft law to ban commercial surrogacy is the other big story covered by newspapers this morning. "New surrogacy bars married couples with kids, NRIs, gays,live-ins, foreigners", informs The Indian Express. "Renting womb for bearing child to be crime", writes The Tribune adding, "Cabinet stamp on bill banning commercial surrogacy, only altruistic surrogacy allowed".
Referring to the Kashmir situation, Hindustan Times writes "Violence unabated as Rajnath opens doors to Kashmir dialogue". "Rajnath in J&K in fresh effort for valley calm", says The Asian Age.
Olympic Bronze medalist Sakshi Malik receiving a grand welcome from a parents, family and Haryana Government on her arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Rio de-Janerio is covered with reports and photographs in most of the major dailies. The papers report that Sakshi was presented with 2.5 crore rupees cheque and named 'Beti Padhao-Beti Bachao' ambassador.
