    The upcoming Assam polls is the other story grabbing headlines this morning.  The Asian Age quotes Prime Minister Modi as saying "Assam fight is against poverty." "Divisions harden in poll- bound Assam" states Hindustan Times.

    Referring to David Headley's deposition the Pioneer writes "David Headley drops another bomb on the UPA" The Hindu quotes Headley as saying "It was LeT that told me about Ishrat".

    "Jammu and Kashmir to get 1st woman Chief Minister" informs the Asian Age. "Mehbooba set to be J&K Chief Minister" writes the Pioneer adding that "PDP-BJP coalition to take oath soon."

    "Delhi set to cut VAT and your bills as well" leads the Times of India. The paper writes that the Delhi government plans to make the tax lowest in the country.

    The Asian Age and the Times of India report that a nurse from Kerala and her one and half year old son were killed in a rocket attack on an apartment block in the violence-hit Zawiya city of Libya on Friday. And finally,.. The Times of India reports that patients suffering the most severe type of heart attack are now younger, fatter and more likely to have preventable risk factors such as smoking, high blood pressure and diabetes, researchers, including one of Indian-origin, have found.
