Modi 4th most popular leader in India: Survey - Rediff.com News: "Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi was found to be the fourth most popular leader, after Dr Singh, Rahul and Congress president Sonia Gandhi.
Modi, who received a rating of 12 per cent, is the most popular leader in western India, according to the survey.
The survey was conducted in 28 cities and among nearly 9,000 respondents."
