Prime Minister Narendra Modi's pre-budget interaction with economists and business leaders is prominently noticed by the press. The Business Standard quotes Mr Modi as saying "Fundamentals are strong, economy will rebound".


The Hindu in a story captioned "SC rebuffs plea to implement CAA", quotes Chief Justice S A Bobde as saying "Court must independently review the law for elements of unconstitutionality".
