Will the Independent Commission on Banking report result in millions of bank customers switching banks? - Telegraph: "Back in 2002, the big four banks were quizzed by a Treasury Select Committee which accused the four of 'overcharging customers by £1m an hour'. The chief executives of Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds TSB and Royal Bank of Scotland/NatWest infuriated members of the Committee by giving identical and singularly unhelpful answers to hostile questions about current accounts."
