The bureaucrat’s sole motive, Indian Space Research Organisation (Isro) officials said, was to shift attention from the 2G scam and the role of the former telecom minister A.Raja to the prime minister; a move that could drive a bigger wedge between the already strained relations between the DMK and the Congress."
