SIT report indicts Modi over 2002 Gujarat riots : North: India Today: "Despite ghastly attacks on Muslims, Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi tried to water down the seriousness of the situation by saying that every action has an equal and opposite reaction, the Supreme Court-appointed Special Investigation Team (SIT) has found."
