Pro-Telangana parties threaten non-cooperation: "Intensifying their agitation for Telangana, the TRS, BJP and other pro-Telangana organisations today announced that they will start a 'non-cooperation movement' from February 17 to press upon the Centre for introduction of Bill for formation of the separate state in the Budget session of Parliament."
