Name Karuna as accused in 2G scam: Swamy - Politics - Politics News - ibnlive: "Janata Party President Subramanian Swamy on Saturday asked a Delhi court to name Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi, Raja's relatives and his wife as accused with Raja in the 2G spectrum allocation scam case.
In a petition filed on January 17, Swamy had sought the summoning of seven officials from agencies such as the CAG, the CBI and the Enforcement Directorate.
Sandeep Sethi appeared for CAG and filed the certified copy of the report in the Tis Hazari court."
