List of scam accused likely to grow - The Times of India
Adarsh scam casualty Ashok Chavan has become the first (former or serving) CM of Maharashtra to be named as an accused in any FIR.
The CBI named him as 13th accused in its FIR on the scam. Former civic commissioner Jairaj Phatak is being treated as the 14th name whose role will be investigated under provisions of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act.
