Dailies have also noticed Defence Minister's keynote address at the Indian Ocean Region Defence Ministers' Conclave, The Asian Age quotes him in its headline. "India ready to supply arms to Indian Ocean Region." "HAL puts on show lethal new warfighting system".
Temperatures in North India dip again, owing much to the snowfall in some parts. The Indian Express carries a picture of the snow laden ridge in Shimla.
