On Eve of Talks, Farmers Demand Special Parliament Session to Repeal Agri Laws; Amarinder-Shah Meet Likely

Almost all dailies have covered the worsening air quality of Delhi as temperatures come down. Hindustan Times says, "Local emissions choke Delhi again as winds slow, AQI at 367." The Pioneer writes, "Air quality 'very poor' in Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, 'severe' in Ghaziabad."


Papers also notice the high GST revenues in the month of November. The Hindu reports, "GST inflows top 1 lakh crore for second month in a row."


The Hindu Business Line headlines, "Economy on its feet, but not out of woods," adding "Key indicators look up on festival season buying and release of pent-up demand." Hindustan Times quotes a report by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and development, "Green shoots in world economy, but challenges remain."


And finally, The Hindu writes that the New Delhi Municipal Council launched a campaign under which people can get masks in exchange of plastic waste at a collection centre in Connaught Place. The paper says, "Get masks in return for plastic waste."
