The Times of India leads with "Any talks with Pakistan now will only be on PoK, says Rajnath".  The paper quotes him as saying "for dialogue, Pakistan must first stop supporting terror".
"30 killed, dozens missing as rains lash north India" headlines Hindustan Times.
The Statesman quoting Prime Minister Narendra Modi says "India, Bhutan are 'natural partners'".
"Curbs on movement back in Kashmir following clashes" writes The Hindu adding "Internet, mobile access suspended in Jammu".
In a related story The Asian Age writes "Major workforce crisis in Valley" adding "Seasonal labourers from Bihar, UP and Bengal flee from Kashmir".
And finally, The Pioneer reports that drones may soon be deployed to keep an eye on the menace of rash driving, lane change, over speeding and other traffic violations, particularly on the expressways, to minimise accidents.
