The paper has further quoted MoS for External Affairs M J Akbar as saying "If he wanted to repay, he had years to do so".

The paper says that the Passport Seva App will now allow people to file for the vital travel document from anywhere in the country with the app having the facility to pay and even schedule appointments for passport service.
And finally, India has shed the dubious distinction of being home to the largest number of poor. This is a top report in the Times of India, that states Nigeria has taken the unwanted position from India in May 2018. The paper further writes that if present trends continue, India could drop to No. 3 later this year, with the Democratic Republic of the Congo taking the number 2 spot.
