Major counter-terror offensive in J-K: 12 militants killed; 3 jawans, 4 civilians dead

Arrests made in Jharkhand in connection with the CBSE exam paper leaks dominate front page headlines. The Pioneer reports "CBSE Class X Maths paper leak : 12 arrested in Jharkhand, 2 in Patna". In the backdrop of the CBSE's claim that the leak may have been restricted to the Delhi-NCR region, the Hindustan Times writes "Jharkhand arrests point to wider maths paper leak". Regarding some other leaked papers, the DNA quotes the CBSE as saying "Hindi, Political Science question papers are fake".
Many papers take note of the ramping up of the country's military presence along the Line of Actual Control with China. The Times of India states "India beefs up military muscle on LAC". Giving details the Pioneer reports "Troop presence, surveillance intensified following China's fresh deployment". Drawing attention to other measures, the DNA writes "Arunachal roads get war ready : To enable swift mobilization of troops at LAC".
Tamil Nadu knocking the doors of the Supreme Court against the non-implementation of its judgement in the Cauvery water dispute is prominently noticed in the press. The Hindu observes "TN files for contempt against Centre". On the Centre's response, the Hindustan Times writes "Centre seeks 3 months time for setting up Cauvery board".
West Bengal Governor Keshari Nath Tripathi's visit to the riot affected areas in the state is widely noticed in the press. The Indian Express reports "Governor visits West Bengal riot areas, stays off Muslim localities". The Hindu writes "Governor visits Asansol, appeals for peace".
Investigations into the ICICI Bank loan to the Videocon group in 2012 involving allegations of a possible quid pro quo between the Videocon group and ICICI Bank MD Chanda Kochhar's husband Deepak Kochhar is widely tracked in the press. The Financial Express writes "CBI questions CICI officials; Kochhar, husband could be next."
Delhi has got its first automated driving test centre and the Times of India informs us "At city's first automated track, 50% of South Delhi applicants fail driving test". Good news in bad news?
