PM spreading lies: 'Hurt' Manmohan seeks apology on Pak collusion charge

Curtains coming down on the high-voltage Gujarat poll campaign for the final phase of polling tomorrow, is highlighted in most newspapers today.
"Over to the Gujarat voter" headlines the Indian Express.  "Campaign ends in land, air and water; Gujarat set to vote" writes the DNA.  The Hindustan Times notes "Modi showcases Gujarat Model, Rahul talks of 'Zabardast' result".  The Times of India says "Modi's seaplane ride makes waves as Gujarat campaign ends".
"Inflation jumps to 15-month high, IIP falls to 3-month low" is the lead in the Statesman.  "Price Rise, Factory Output Give Economy the Chills" headlines the Economic Times.  The Asian Age observes "Costly fuel, food push inflation to 15-month high".
"Government to set up 12 special courts to try, 1,581 MPs and MLAs" is the lead in the Times of India.
'Doklam put strain on ties, India must learn lesson' the Hindustan
Times quotes the Chinese foreign minister, a day after meeting his Indian counterpart, Sushma Swaraj in New Delhi.  The Pioneer reports, "China building road near Doklam for year-round logistical support to PLA;  Works gained momentum after face-off ended".
"Paradise Papers: First set of Income Tax summons go out" to persons named in the global media offshore leak, reports the Indian Express.
"Restaurants, Hotels can sell Bottled water above MRP" the Hindustan Times cites a Supreme Court bench hearing a petition by the Hotels and Restaurant Association of India.
And finally, "Ice Age treasures found under the streets of Los Angeles".  The Hindu reports, as work on a subway extension progressed, fossilised remains of creatures that lived in the region about 10,000 years ago, have been discovered.
