 The terror attack in New York is a lead headline across papers today. "8 die in deadliest attack in New York since 9/11 writes the Pioneer. The Hindu Says "Man Mows down 8 in Manhattan - suspect identified as Uzbek", while The Times of India writes "On Halloween night, terror rides back into New York in truck".
