Breathing poison: Pollution has assumed monstrous proportions

CBI arresting a Class 11 student in the Pradyuman murder case, and air pollution emergency in Delhi are major stories in papers this morning.
'Ryan's Class 11 student killed junior to postpone exam' the Times of India cites the CBI, with sleuths seeing no role of the man blamed by cops. 'Exams Won't Happen, so do not Study' is what the 16-year-old suspect supposedly said to fellow students before the murder, according to Mail Today. "Victim's father wants class 11 boy to be tried as an Adult" reports the Hindustan Times.
On the alarming pollution situation in Delhi, DNA headlines "Delhi air can kill many, warns top AIIMS doctor". "Choke is on Delhi, air worsens" quips the Hindustan Times. Times of India writes "As Smog thickens, CM and LG declare air emergency in city". "All schools shut, construction, trucks banned" reports the Asian Age.
"To help fund bank cash infusion, Government looks to tap RBI's reserves" is the lead in the Indian Express.
"Incentives in offing for going cashless" states the Hindustan Times, as digital payments appear to have lost momentum. "On Cards: GST Sops for Digital Payment Push", leads the Economic Times.
"Now, link all your insurance policies to Aadhaar and PAN ; Payouts May be Held up till Linkage is Done" highlights the Times of India.
And finally, the Hindustan Times states "Magnificent Mary silences critics with fifth Asian Gold" of MC Mary Kom winning her fifth Asian Boxing Championship gold medal at 34.
