Rafale deal: Supreme Court dismisses govt’s objections, allows use of 'leaked' papers in review plea

The Maoist onslaught in Chhattisgarh and terrorist attack in Kashmir where a BJP and an RSS leader were killed dominate front page newspaper headlines this morning.
"BJP MLA, 4 security men killed in Dantewada Maoist attack" headlines the Hindu. The Indian Express writes "Police say MLA was warned not to travel".
"RSS leader, Personal Security Officer shot dead in J&K, Army out" headlines the Statesman. The Tribune adds 'Curfew imposed in the communally sensitive town of Kishtwar in Jammu, Army stages flag march'.
"Amid the hype and din, campaign for 91 Lok Sabha seats ends" headlines The Hindu Business Line. "PM asks voters to dedicate ballot to Balakot; Rahul keeps up attack" writes the Hindustan Times.
Reporting on the events after the I-T raids on the close aids of Madhya Pradesh CM Kamal Nath, the Economic Times writes "EC Displeased with CBDT, Revenue Department". The Financial Express says "I-T to EC: We know what impartial means".  The Indian Express reports "Keep us in the loop: EC and I-T tell each other on poll money".
The Times of India reports "Prime Minister biopic gets censor's nod, Election Commission's decision to follow". The paper quotes the biopic's producer as saying "It's cinema, not propaganda".
The Times of India further reports "Was NaMo TV content certified: Election Commission to Delhi Chief Electoral officer". The paper adds "BJP will have to account for NaMo TV in its election expenditure statement to be filed with the Election Commission.
And finally, for the first time in the 140-year history of the Census in India, data for the "Census 2021 will be powered by a mobile phone app" reports The Times of India. Now, that's called Digital India!
