English papers have led with different headlines today.
Farmers from various parts of the country converging in the national capital to make themselves heard has gained attention of the media. Hindustan Times writes, "Opposition unites at farmers' rally, hits out at centre". The Pioneer notes, "21 opposition parties ride on Kisan Wave".
The GDP growth rate slowing to 7.1% is extensively covered. The Economic Times headlines, "Q2 Growth slows to 7.1%, but India still leads world". The Pioneer writes, ''India's GDP growth slows to 7.1% but retains fastest tag".
Prime Minister Modi attending the G-20 summit is widely covered. The Asian Age headlines, "Modi showcases government's inclusive schemes at G-20".
Now river Ganga has a retired judge to rejuvenate it. The DNA headlines, "Ex-Judge UC Dhyani to monitor Ganga cleaning".
The same paper also carries a story headlined, "108 ambulances deliver 29,000 babies in Maharashtra", adding that the 108 ambulance service helpline delivered 20 babies everyday on an average since its launch, either inside the ambulance or at the location of call.
