The Sunday Express top headline reads ''GST Council cuts more rates, only 28 items now left in largest slabs'', with new rates coming into effect from January 1.
 Six terrorists linked to the Al Qaida being killed yesterday in Kashmir's Pulwama district by the security forces is another major story. The Asian Age reports that the 6 militants were associated with Zakir Musa's Ansar ghuzwat-ul-Hind and all were local Kashmiris.
 The Hindu says that the Enforcement Directorate, yesterday, got seven days' custody of the Agusta Westland case accused, Christian Michel, for questioning.
Former Delhi Congress Leader Sajjan Kumar moving the Supreme Court against the life imprisonment awarded to him by the Delhi High Court in a 1984 anti-shikh riots case, is covered in many papers.
