Rahul Gandhi at Berkeley, and government reaction  to it  along with  major decisions at the AIADMK council meeting, are covered widely across papers this morning.
"All of India runs on dynasties, why single me out: Rahul at Berkeley" is the lead in The Times  of India.  "Government slams 'failed dynast' "  states DNA. "Rahul admits to Congress failure and arrogance" writes The Indian Express. 'Ready to take over as Congress president' The Hindustan Times quotes him, while The Tribune cites him as " 'Absolutely ready' for executive role".
"AIADMK names Jayalalitha Permanent General Secretary; Sasikala out, nephew vows revenge" leads The Indian Express.
"Rules twisted to favour some for medical seats" states a Hindustan Times Investigation into NEET irregularities, as States flout norms by the Supreme Court and government, according to candidates.
'Corrupt netas bounce back' DNA cites the Supreme Court, while The Tribune notes the apex court suggesting, 'Why not law for  speedy trail of criminal cases against MPs and MLAs' .
"Gorakhpur's infants  still dying in droves, but UP government in denial mode" is the lead in The Hindu Business Line.
"In loan waiver scheme, UP farmer gets relief of 19 paise" is a front page focus in The Hindustan Times, with official data saying, farmers got less than 100 to 1000 rupees of loan waiver certificates.
On the ongoing focus on the murder of a young student, Hindustan Times reports "Ryan murder autopsy rules out sodomy". "New Twist in Ryan murder: SIT hunts for another killer" writes The Pioneer.
And finally, "100 rupee coin to be issued to  mark MGR's birth centenary" reports The Times of India, to commemorate Bharat Ratna awardee and former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, M.G. Ramachandran.
