The Central Goods and Services Tax and the Integrated GST getting an in-principal approval - at the 11th meeting of the GST Council, is prominently covered by the Press. A Hindustan Times headline reads, "Decks cleared for GST's July 1 roll out, as states agree on bills.
"Must give reasons for summary court martial : SC", reports Times Nation. It says Supreme Court has dismissed the Army's petition seeking review of an order of the court in July 2016 which had said that a summary court martial constituted alone by the commanding officer must be held only in exceptional circumstances and its reasons recorded in writing.

The Hindu speaks a of remote 'Village of Bachelors' in Bihar called Barwan Kala, which could be reached only after a 10km long trek. On the last day of February, Ajay Kumar Yadav brought the first bride home after the villagers had themselves hewn a 6km stretch of road, cutting through the hills and forests, thus paving the way for marriages in Bihar's Village of 'Bachelors',
