The Indian Express headline reads - "Grounded by all airlines for assaulting Air India staff, Sena MP takes train home."
The Financial Express writes that NITI Aayog member Bibek Deboy said in Mumbai that about 15 lakh crore of demonetized notes may have returned to the banking system, which was about 97% of value of the old 500 and 1000 rupee notes demonetized on November 8th last year. He also said that the government expected the second Income Declaration Scheme, which will end on March 31st, to yield around 2 lakh crore rupees into the system.
