The Kashmir situation that was taken up for debate in the Rajya Sabha makes for front page news in most of the major dailies this morning. "Will win valley trust,resolves Rajya Sabha" states the Pioneer. "Modi to discuss Kashmir with all parties tomorrow" leads the Hindu adding, "Rajya Sabha passes resolution asking people to restore peace". "Delhi steps up to Srinagar: Talks with moderates, all party meet" headlines the Indian Express.
Referring to Zakir Naik, the Times of India quotes the cops as saying "Zakir got 60 crore rupees in 3 years from abroad,he then moved entire sum to kin's bank accounts."
On the outgoing RBI governor Raghuram Rajan, Hindustan Times quotes him as saying "attacks on me abominable could have stayed on." While the Financial Express quotes him as saying "was open to extension to finish incomplete work."
