The Times of India writes that India has announced one of the world's largest investment plans in Solar Energy - at the Founding Conference of the International Alliance, to cover 15 countries. The conference was co-chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and French President, Emmanuel Macron.
The Indian Express informs us that through Sunday, the financial capital of Mumbai witnessed 40,000 farmers and tribals from across Maharashtra - march slowly through the length of the city, demanding a loan waiver, amongst other demands.

Hindustan Times reports that the National Capital may soon become the first city in India to levy a Toll on vehicles entering congested roads, with authorities zeroing in on 21 such stretches in Delhi where tax could be imposed, in a bid to ease traffic and to check pollution.
The Asian Age, quoting Rahul Gandhi writes - "Priyanka and I have forgiven our father's killers", as we find it difficult to hate people . The paper reports that during an interaction with IIM alumni in Singapore, Mr. Gandhi spoke about the assassination of his grandmother Indira Gandhi and father Rajiv Gandhi.
