The Tribune highlights that the Punjab and Haryana High Court has fixed a three-hour slot (from 6:30-9:30 pm only) for bursting of crackers on Diwali in Chandigarh, Punjab and Haryana.
Writing on the acquittal of the Talwar parents in the Aarushi murder case, the Indian Express' lead headline reads "High Court demolishes CBI: witness was tutored and evidence tampered".
