Paris double hostage crisis ends, Charlie Hebdo suspects shot dead in assault

The recent massacre in Paris on a satirical weekly magazine Charlie Hebdo, retains prominence on front pages. Hindustan Times reports that authorities have extended - the highest security alert-level already in place in the greater Paris area - to the region where the two heavily armed gunmen on the run-were spotted.
Seeking a deeper engagement  of the Indian diaspora for the nation's growth, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the 13th Pravasi Bhartiya Diwas in Gandhinagar. The Asian Age reports that in his inaugural address he urged the 25 million strong community to help transform the nation.
The Hindu writes that the Govenment is considering giving an incentive of about Rs. 4,000 a tonne to sugar mills, for production and export of the raw variety to cut large stock piles.
And finally, The Times of India writes - 'In a massive  breakthrough, scientists in Britain's  North Eastern University have created the first new antibiotic, Teixobactin,  in nearly 3 decades. This can treat many common bacterial infections as well as tuberculosis and Septicemia.
