The paper adds that within a week of taking charge at the Centre, the new Govt has already abolished ministerial groups - GoM's and EGoM's - which have often been cited as a reason for indecision and policy paralysis.

The Pioneer writes that the new minister for Roads - Nitin Gadkari plans to revive Foreign Direct Investment flow, to expand the road net-work in the country. FDI investment is currently less than 5 per cent and the minister wants to enhance this to at least 20 - 30 per cent.
