Half-Time Report: Revanth Reddy's Justice Delayed, Digital War Lost.

                                                                   A. Revanth Reddy

Revanth Reddy Govt: Promises vs Performance

Nearly two years into power, the Revanth Reddy-led Congress government in Telangana faces mounting criticism for slow progress on key promises.

1. Accountability Delayed:

Despite pledges to bring the BRS regime to justice, major issues remain unresolved:

KCR Unscathed: No action yet on corruption allegations against the former CM.

Kaleshwaram Scam: Judicial probes haven’t led to accountability or fund recovery.

Phone Tapping: No convictions despite public outcry over illegal surveillance.

2. Losing the Digital War:

BRS Online Edge: The Congress lacks an effective response to BRS’s troll armies and narrative control.

Digital Weakness: Poor social media strategy hampers government outreach and credibility.

3. Governance Gaps:

Rising Debt: Over ₹7 lakh crore debt challenges welfare schemes.

Conclusion:

Style and accessibility aren’t enough. Without results on corruption, justice, and digital engagement, the government risks repeating the past it vowed to change.
