Most newspapers today have carried stories on their front page, relating to the 5 judge Constitution bench set up by the Supreme Court to hear high profile cases. "Four judges who criticised CJI not on bench that will hear 7 key matters" writes The Indian Express, while the Hindu says "Differences with chief justice not yet resolved-reports of conciliation termed deliberate misinformation".
"New authentication for aadhaar if fingers fall flat on its face" says The Pioneer. The paper writes that by July Aadhaar will include face recognition alongside iris or fingerprint scan as a means of verifying users.
Under the headline "Comfort factor - Union Budget set to offer more IT relief" The Financial Express writes "Deduction under section 80C may be raised to 2 lakh rupees; likely to raise exemption by 50,000 rupees to 3 lakhs."
In good news for connectivity The Pioneer writes that as a part of its ambitious "Bharat Mala" project, the Centre is planning to develop ring roads in 28 major cities including Lucknow, Bengaluru, Ranchi, Patna, Srinagar and Udaipur.
"Diesel price at record high of 61.74 rupees per litre, Petrol above rupees seventy one" says the Hindustan Times.
