    "Allies Akali Dal and Sena join opposition to push BJP in a corner over land law", says the Indian Express; and the Times of India says, "Govt unlikely to yield on major clauses in land bill".
    The Pioneer highlights that "BJP and PDP iron out creases to form Govt in Jammu & Kashmir.
    "Pachauri quits Inter governmental Panel on Climate Change, takes leave from Teri", reports The Times of India.
    "Madhya Pradesh Governor Yadav named in exam scam FIR, Centre asks him to go", reads a frontpage headline in the Indian Express.
    The 14th Finance Commission recommendations tabled in Parliament on Tuesday are also widely noticed. The Times of India says, "Centre will now have to give a lot more of its tax money to states".
    The Times of India quotes Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal as saying, "Delhi budget to be crowd sourced" as Delhi's aam aadmi can hope to have a say in how the city govt. spends its money.

    And finally, on a more positive note, the Hindu informs of a Japanese Institute developing working robots in bear disguise. Named "Robear", with a cub-like face, these robots pack enough power to lift elderly patients.
