Antrix board okayed Devas deal in poor attendance meet - The Economic Times: "The December 2004 board meeting of the Antrix Corporation that approved the draft agreement with Devas Multimedia had surprisingly poor attendance . It was attended by just three board members, a person who was close to the developments at the time, said. The poor attendance is odd, considering that the board was essentially approving signing away of 80% of transponder capacity on two of the country’s advanced upcoming satellites."
